Instant Pot Chili

Writing this down so that I can remember it in the future! 4 of the 5 children had seconds and thirds tonight, so it must be a recipe to keep!

First:
Cook 2 cups pinto beans in the instant pot (2 cups beans, rinsed, plus 5 cups water and 1 TBS olive oil. Pressure cook for 30 minutes) Remove from Instant Pot and drain.

Second:
Brown 1 lb ground beef on saute option. Add 1 onion, diced, halfway through. Add 1 diced red bell pepper. Drain. Return to the pot. Add 2 roma tomatoes--chopped, the reserved beans, two cans of tomato sauce, 1 "can" of water, 1 TBS chili powder, 1.5 tsp cumin, .5 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp onion powder, 3/4 tsp garlic powder, a pinch of oregano and paprika to the instant pot. Stir. Pressure cook for 10 minutes. Natural release for 10 minutes.
